The characteristics of Yapıkur Plaza is as folows:
1. Iron used in the reinforced concrete, is nervul typed iron and produced by Çolakoglu Company. The foundation stones are radial and 120 cm in height 2 mm thickness, 100 tones of iron and 960 m3 concrete used whic is prooduced by Nuh Beton Company. The same type and quality of concrete is used in all of the construction processes. The foundation is layed by breaking the stones 2m in depth.

2. Our building has an 2500 m2 closed garage allocated at the basement. The concrete over the garage can bear 1 m of soil. Our isolation system has Turkish Standarts Certificate (TSE). For each apartment 49 m2 garage space is allocated. The garage construction unit cost is 15.000USD for each apartment.

3. The fire stairs is built with concrete and 3 times more expensive and strong than fire staris constructed by steel construction.

4. The outside painting of the building is made with glass BTB and is 4 times more expensive than standart paintings. And this luxury increased 1.000USD of unit cost for each apartment.

5. African type mahogany oak is used in the woodwork of the building. It is 2,5 times more expensive than standart wooden and plastic woodwork materials. This luxury increased 1.700 USD unit cost for each apartment.

6. All the doors and cornices in the apartments are massive type and have guarantee certifacate. It's 1,5 times more expensive than the standart coated doors. For each apartment this luxury increased 1.600USD unit cost.

7. The cupboards used for the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom are made by medefe instead of chipboard. And the borders of the covers are massived with mahogany.

8. Kitchen and bathroom cupboards is 1,35 times more expensive than the fabrication cupborads. This item has increased the unit costs 1.200USD for each apartment.

9. The parquets in the rooms 1,6cm thick good quality baked oak wood massive glued and floored. And in the living room long and wide massive oak wood with 1,6cm thick parquet has been used on the floor. These items have increased 900USD uit cost for each apartment.

10. German made aluminium filled with polyurethane for the shutters of all the apatments. And also the motors used for the shutters in the livingroom are pr,oduced by Elora Company from Germany. The top cases of the shutters are made from reinforced concrete. The luxury shutters we have used in our apartments have incresad the prices about 1,750USD for each apartment.

11. All of the equipments used in our elevators are imported from foreign companies except the equipment for the doors of it. The motor and control system is imported from a German Company, Tihsen. These luxury elevators have increased the unit cost about 950USD for each apartment.

12. The heating system is central heating system (combi) and radiator. The radiators used in the apartments are Alurad brand and produced in Turkey which have very long life and aesthetic beauty. According to the generally used type panels and moulded metal radiators our luxury radiators increses the unit cost about 900USD for each apartment.

13. All the equipment used in the stairs are made from Spanish Natural Granite. This luxury increases the unit costs 1,950USD for each apartment.

14. The trees and the plants that are used for garden landscape organization, have been imported from Italy and Holland. Watering system is made by totally American Equipments. The watering and lighting systems that we used are fully automatic.

15. The bathroom, kitchen, halls have spot lighting system. An also there are suspended ceiling on the bathrooms in all aprtments.

16. The satin paintings on the walls have been made by 3 times puttied and made by ver high quality workmanship.

17. %80 of all the equipments that we used in our apartments have ISO 9002 certificated.

18. The Electricity Generator settled in our building is made in U.S. and starts working automatically 10 seconds after the city electricity has gone. This luxury generator have increased the unit cost about 300USD for each apartment.
