Yapi Kur Construction Company has been founded in 1967. Since her foundation she has built several strong buildings of good quality working with the principles of fair trade and honesty.

Our mission as Yapi Kur Construction is to build and create living and work spaces which are strong, healthy to live, economic to buy, productive for work.

Our companies goal has been always to work for better. We aimed to be honest and fair... We aimed to be reliable... Our constructions' quality standart would always be the highest level... We would pursue the technology.. We would be fast but very fast in production. Within the past years these goals and principles has never changed. According to us the successful projects that we have completed are a proof of this statement. Starting from the project stage to building of work stages and from running the business in these stages, to material selection and controlling, we have the same high level concern and sensitivity for our business. Our working stages process like an industry city.

All these business processes are held carely by the qualified technical staff of Yapi Kur Construction Company who are well graduated and experienced personnel of Yapi Kur and with the workers most of working for Yapi Kur Construction Company for several years. We beleive that each personnel has big contribution in companies successfull constructions. We strongly beleive that the key role of honesty, fair, high quality standarts, working speed and enthusiasm will never change for the success in the future years.

We worked with high quality service and economy principles for each type of building construction. And we have several successful references. Within a small period we have succeeded to build several Industry buildings, factories, Social Activity and Trade Centres and Residences with our deep experience and know-how. Our company has the right pleasure of helping 350 families to own a house and producing trade stages for 50 companies.

We are aware of that the contribution of the valuable effort of Yapi Kur Construction Personnel helped us to complete our projects perfectly, just-in-time and with the highest quality. Yapi Kur Construction is continuing her activities being conscious of she is a family with her workers, engineers, managers, and customers.

This year is the 35th year of our companies foundation and we are proud to celebrate our families growth. We beleive that we have completed our youth stage and running into ripeness stage but we will always try to behave young and dynamic in our business.
